"Gary Osner, is now clear of all accusations of wrongdoing or malpractice" PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 14 August 2015

On 11 August 2015 an adjudication made against Roxburghe (UK) Limited by the OFT and subsequently taken over by the Financial Conduct Authority regarding their Consumer Credit Licence (CCL) was quashed by the First Tier Tribunal following an appeal (CCA/2014/0004-007).

Managing Director of Roxburghe at the time, Mr Gary Osner, is now clear of all accusations of wrongdoing or malpractice including any suggestion of unsuitability to manage a firm that held or holds a CCL.

Upon learning of the outcome of the tribunal hearing, Gary Osner said:

“I am pleased that this outcome fully and finally clears my name from any accusations of, or association with, any wrongdoing or business malpractice.

Under my leadership, Roxburghe always operated fully within both the letter and the spirit of the law governing debt collection practice and it is important that the initial revocation of Roxburghe’s CCL, which I always knew to be without merit and simply because of its association with its parent company, has been quashed.

Disappointingly this decision comes too late to save the numerous jobs lost when Roxburghe were placed in administration in September 2014 however the quashing order made by the First Tier Tribunal will hopefully go some way to reassure them the dedication and hard work they gave the company was not without merit.”

Gary Osner is now Managing Director of ZZPS Limited. Since it commenced trading in 2014, ZZPS has already built a nationwide base of esteemed clients which will continue to receive a dedicated and professional service, founded with the vision to be the best at what it does, and always governed by a commitment to absolute accountability, integrity and transparency.
