Wednesday, 22 July 2015

Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking has strengthened its mid-markets team in East Anglia with two new appointments to support local businesses with ambitions to accelerate their growth plans.

The expansion of the team has seen the arrival of Janet Banner as Business Development Director, together with Tracy Cotton who joins as Business Development Associate. They will work with both new and existing clients with annual turnovers between £25million and £750million, providing banking and tailored funding packages to help businesses access the right support in order to capitalise on growth opportunities both domestically and internationally.

Based at the bank’s Endeavour House office in Histon, Janet and Tracy bring over 20 year’s banking experience to the team. Janet boasts a track record of providing specialist support to a host of businesses within the corporate mid-market sector, and together Janet and Tracy will work to ensure that the bank is working with the region’s businesses to identify the right funding products to support their plans and help them achieve their goals.

Mark Amis, Area Director for East Anglia and Essex at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking said: “Business confidence is on the rise and firms looking to make investments in equipment, technology or premises need the backing of a committed banker.  Janet and Tracy bring a wealth of experience to our team to help us deliver this support to businesses in East Anglia.

“The mid-market sector is one of the key drivers behind the economic recovery and job creation. By putting client’s needs first and working closely together, we are confident that we can play a pivotal role in supporting this important growth area and help Britain prosper.”
