CRS launches a new Portal PDF Print E-mail

On May 11th 2015, CRS launched a new solution, CRS Compass, a truly innovative service, helping to effectively manage accounts under debt management plans.

With the launch of CRS Compass, a ring fenced team was created to deal with all customers who are either on a debt management plan (DMP) or seeking the services of a debt management agency (DMA). CRS has made a substantial investment into new technology to create some very efficient processes.

With the dedicated team, the processes and working with our partnerships with the largest UK Debt Management Agencies and Charities, CRS have been able to take effective control of dealing with the “vulnerable customer”.

 

In order to build further upon the success of this, and to assist our colleagues in the debt management arena, CRS have built a DMA portal, the CRS Compass Portal.

 

What is the CRS Compass Portal?

The portal aims to give DMA’s access to any accounts which they are currently handling on behalf of the customer, whose creditor debt is with CRS.  This is provided through a unique log on and passwords, ensuring the customers’ details are protected and can only be seen by the DMA they relate to.

 

A dashboard of information gives a high level view of account information such as; live account listings; number of closed accounts; number of payments which have defaulted and number of accounts CRS have given “breathing space” to the customer to.

 

From the dashboard, the DMA will have the ability to drill down the information to account level, to gain balance requests, and make any changes to personal details such as, email addresses and telephone numbers.

 

The portal allows DMA’s to exchange correspondence electronically with CRS, such as offers of payment, thus saving time and money in Phone calls and post.
