Statistics show that people selling their home with the Nottingham Building Society (The Nottingham) are far less likely to face the disappointment of a sale falling through.

In June 2015 eight out of ten vendors dealing with the Nottingham Estate Agency and Harrison Murray saw their properties sell. This compares to a national average of only 60% reaching exchange of contracts.

Integral to this success story is that the estate agency is part of a building society that has consistently high levels of customer satisfaction (independently monitored), and that both sides of the business - estate agency and building society - share the ethos of putting the customer first.
