1st Credit recognised again for 'exceptional' customer service PDF Print E-mail

1st Credit, the UK’s most ethical debt purchase and collection company, has been awarded the top, three-star rating for ‘exceptional’ customer service by Investor in Customers (IIC).

This is the second consecutive year that 1st Credit has been awarded the top accreditation by IIC, an unprecedented achievement in the debt purchase industry. In their second IIC assessment they maintained their exceptional rating once more, increasing both their IIC score and their NPS® score.
Comments from customers included: “great service, willing to help and understand”; “Friendly and willing to help you”; “Staff are helpful and friendly not judgemental” and “Dealt with me as a person and not just figures on a piece of paper”.
As part of the process, IIC surveys customers, staff and senior management to assess how well a business understands and services the needs of its customers.
