Lowell appoints Ben Dale-Gough, as director of operations, at Fredrickson PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 30 June 2015

The Lowell Group, a leading purchaser of unsecured consumer debt in the UK, has appointed Ben Dale-Gough as Director of Operations for its debt servicing arm – Fredrickson International.  Based in Fredrickson’s Surrey office, Ben will be responsible for overseeing the contact centre, correspondence and interactive teams.

Ben joins Lowell from Domestic & General, where he was Head of Contact Centre Sales. Previously, he was Site Operations Manager with Inkfish Call Centres and brings with him a wealth of experience in operational management, particularly inbound complex high volume in and outbound contact centres.

Commenting on his successful appointment, Ben said:

“I am delighted to join Fredrickson. I have recently spent a little time in Leeds at the Lowell Group Head Office as part of my induction and I can see that this is a hugely customer-centric organisation, where the customer truly is at the heart of everything they do and whose success is led by data and analytics.

"I am very keen to strengthen the operations at Fredrickson by fully exploiting this intelligent approach for the benefit of our customers and the business. Lowell has a formidable reputation in the industry and their ‘Exceptional’ Investors in Customer (IIC) accreditation, together with a net promoter score of +38 is incredibly impressive.  I’m looking forward to playing my part in the continued success of the business and delivering the first class levels of service our customers and clients deserve to receive.”

Commenting on the appointment, Dominic Briggs, Managing Director of Fredrickson, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Ben to Fredrickson.  This is an exciting time for us, the wider Lowell Group and the industry as a whole. With the introduction of the FCA last year and customers expecting an exceptional level of service, we feel Ben’s experience and knowledge will add greatly to the services we already deliver.

“I would also like to thank Andy Allan, our interim Director of Operations for the tremendous commitment and effort he has delivered and we are grateful that he has agreed to remain with Fredrickson to support a smooth handover and to continue to drive other areas of our change agenda.”
