New Creditor Services team improving litigation collections

Armstrong Watson is delighted to announce an additional service line within its Corporate Recovery and Restructuring department.
Following the recruitment of a skilled Creditor Services team the firm is now able to offer services to clients, contacts, litigants and claimants in:
• Reviewing all of the options where debtors refuse to pay following standard debt collection procedures
• Assessing the costs and benefits of various recovery strategies
• Recommending the strategy which optimises our clients objectives
• And, where necessary, liaising with solicitors to enable the implementation of agreed strategies
The service is available nationally, with projects already ongoing in the South East and London in addition to across Armstrong Watson’s office network in the North of England and Southern Scotland.
New appointee David Hush will be heading up the new service line.
David comes to Armstrong Watson with over 15 years’ experience within the corporate recovery and insolvency marketplaces. He has previously had senior roles in the Creditor Services teams of two Top 10 firms of UK chartered accountants.
David comments:
