High Court Enforcement launch reception PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 18 May 2015

To officially mark the launch of their High Court Enforcement service, on the 14th May Equita held a Champagne Afternoon Tea Reception at the Grosvenor House Hotel London.

Colleagues from across the legal industry came along to meet Equita’s High Court Enforcement team, whilst enjoying refreshments from one of London’s most stylish venues.

Equita brings more than 140 years' experience in debt recovery to their new High Court Enforcement service, having drawn together a team with decades of experience in delivering High Court Enforcement services to help their clients successfully and fairly recover monies owed. As part of Capita, they have access to a wealth of innovative thinking and approaches which they can tap into for their clients.

Dr Laura Haynes, Capita’s Director of Behavioural Science delivered a keynote speech on how behavioural science can be used to design and deliver services, and the possibilities it presents for the recoveries industry. Behavioural science has become more than a universal curiosity. For example, both the Cabinet Office and the White House now have dedicated Behaviour Insight Teams.

And there are plenty of current examples of behaviour change initiatives making a difference. These include increasing the number of people who register for organ donation, reducing Council Tax fraud, encouraging people to pay overdue car tax and ‘nudging’ gas consumers to get their gas appliances checked regularly.
