Phillips & Cohen Associates Ltd (PCA), a global leader in compassionate recovery services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Winnington as a new member of PCA’s executive leadership team. Mr. Winnington will serve as Vice President of Internal Audit/Risk & Controls for the company and will report directly to the Board.

Mr. Winnington joins PCA from JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he was a Vice President within Asset Management. He spent 10 years at JPMorgan serving in various operational management roles including heading a Risk and Control Oversight department for JP Morgan’s Institutional Client business.

“We are committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients and regulators and bringing Matt on board is another example of that commitment,” said Howard A. Enders, PCA President and Chief Compliance Officer. “Matt’s experience managing international risk and control teams for large financial institutions provide PCA the ideal leader of our global, independent audit department.”

Established in the United States in 1997, PCA quickly built a reputation as a responsible and trusted partner to large creditors around the globe. PCA’s global infrastructure includes three offices in the United States and international offices in Manchester, UK, Montreal, Quebec, Canada and Melbourne, Australia.
