Saxton Leigh appoints new manager of its Risk Division PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 15 April 2015

Leading financial services recruiter, Saxton Leigh, has appointed Ben Carter-Fraser as the new Head of its Risk Division.

In his new position, Ben will be overseeing the company’s Risk department where he has operated since 2011. Prior to this he worked for the business’ sister brand, Compliance Professionals. In his time at the organisation he has become well known for his commitment to developing both his own skills and those of his colleagues.

Carter-Fraser commented on his appointment: “It’s a fantastic opportunity and is testament to the level of support that we receive here at Saxton Leigh. Since joining in June 2010 I’ve been able to develop both as a person and a professional and I now feel in a confident position to lead the Risk Division forward.

“We want to expand our traditional offering of Operational, Credit and Market Risk and potentially explore new sectors related to risk management including IT and Cyber security - we are also looking to expand our presence within the Insurance Industry. Our main intention however, is to continue the growth of our core markets both domestically and internationally.”

Marcus Courtney, managing director of Saxton Leigh commented on Carter-Fraser’s promotion: “Ben has worked incredibly hard since joining the firm and has developed some outstanding relationships with both clients and candidates. His intimate knowledge of the risk market is just one of his many qualities and I’m highly confident that he’ll lead the division to new heights in the future. We’ve experienced outstanding success over the past year and Ben’s appointment is another indicator of our ambition.”
