Monday, 13 April 2015

Cabot Credit Management (CCM), a leading acquirer and manager of consumer debt, has appointed Deborah Green as Head of Customer Journey.

Green, who previously was Head of Customer Operations (Recoveries) for CCM, has over seventeen years experience in consumer debt recovery. In her new role she will be responsible for the management of the overall customer journey, including the customer call framework and letters, customer experience and customer care.

Ryan Stanley, Operations Director for CCM, said: "We are delighted that Deborah has taken this key role as head of customer journey. She already has great experience overseeing our call centre operations and this will enable her to support the optimisation of the customer's journey from the start of their relationship with us through to their financial end goal. Our aim is to continue to ensure that our customers are at the heart of our organisation and we are the best at what we do."

Green started in this industry at Cabot Financial as a customer consultant in 1998 before moving to work at director level for ten years with debt purchaser Thames Credit Ltd which then became part of Aktiv Capital. In 2009 she rejoined Cabot as head of customer operations until this year.

Green start with immediate effect and will report directly to Stanley.
