The PT Services Group Chooses Noble Systems' Enterprise Contact Centre Solution PDF Print E-mail

Noble Systems, a global leader in unified contact centre technology, reports reports that The PT Services Group has chosen the Noble® Enterprise solution to enhance its appointment setting, business intelligence, and data collection programs. With an unwavering commitment to supporting the financial services and insurance industries, The PT Services Group will apply Noble’s industry-leading contact technology to help its clients open doors to new prospects and new business.

“Noble’s technology was the clear choice to help us more effectively accomplish our objectives,” said Harvey Pollack, CEO of The PT Services Group. “The Enterprise platform will not only increase our ability to engage prospects for our clients, but also will enable us to add new lines of business to our existing portfolio of offerings”.

The PT Services Group will employ the agent/management desktop and blended inbound and outbound contact technologies in the Noble solution to optimise its contact strategies, while the web-based supervisor interface included in the package will expand the mobile capabilities of the organisation’s managers.
