Diana Frangou, Fiona Miller and David Taylor have all passed the firm’s internal selection process and take on their new roles from 1 April.

Diana Frangou, who is based in the firm’s Birmingham office, joined Baker Tilly as a Restructuring and Recovery Director two years ago. She has more than 24 years of restructuring experience, managing projects across the UK in a broad range of sectors.

Fiona Miller, who joined Baker Tilly in Leeds in 2004, heads up the firm’s Restructuring and Recovery technical team and has extensive knowledge of restructuring processes, from both a practical and regulatory respective. She is responsible for all aspects of regulatory and risk management in relation to the restructuring and recovery faculty, as well as delivering technical advice and promoting a strong compliance culture across the firm.  She is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams in 2001.

David Taylor, who is based in the Reading office, joined the firm in 2009 as a Director. He is responsible for developing the firm’s Restructuring & Recovery offering in the Thames Valley area. David specialises in all forms of formal insolvency work and advisory work including solvency reviews for both lenders and directors.

Graham Bushby, Baker Tilly’s Head of Restructuring and Recovery said:

"I’m delighted that Diana, Fiona and David have all successfully come through the selection process and that we have been able to offer them the career opportunities to match their talent and ambition. I have no doubt that they will all play important roles for the firm going forward, and continue to provide an excellent service to our clients."
