Homeowners face IVAs as house prices plummet

There has been an increase in the proportion of homeowners applying for Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), of all the IVA applications, 69.3% came from homeowners in the second half of 2008, compared to 57.8% in the first half of 2008.

PPI unemployment claims soar by 118%
