Fleet Mortgages announce new North East BDM

Fleet Mortgages, the buy-to-let and specialist lender, has today (7th June 2018) announced the appointment of a new Business Development Manager (BDM) covering the North East.

Chris Barwick joins Fleet’s BDM team with immediate effect and will now look after a range of face-to-face relationships with advisers and intermediaries right across the region.

Chris joins Fleet Mortgages having spent the last decade working for the Yorkshire Building Society, with eight of those years spent working within its branch network covering a range of roles including mortgage adviser and branch manager. Most recently Chris was part of the YBS Share Plans team covering a portfolio of clients and new business development.

He now joins Fleet Mortgages as a BDM for the North East covering postcode areas including: BD, DH, DL, DN, HD, HG, HU, HX, LS, NE, S, SR, TS, WF, and YO. Fleet is urging all advisers in those areas who are interested in its mortgage product range to contact Chris for up-to-date support and resources.

Chris is now part of Fleet Mortgages’ experienced external BDM team and will be reporting to Sales Director, Ross Turrell.

Fleet Mortgages is an intermediary-only, buy-to-let lender and its products are available to individuals, limited companies and those looking to invest in Houses in Multiple Occupation and Multi-Unit Blocks. It is a specialist in offering buy-to-let finance to both portfolio and professional landlords.
