Automated underwriting technology specialist LendingMetrics has moved to a new Covid-secure office, double the size of the facility it has left.
The Fareham-based company, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this week, is now operating from a much larger new site that provides employees with HEPA-filtered air, hand-sanitising stations and widely-spaced desks to ensure a two-metre distance is kept at all times. The site also has three sophisticated video-conferencing suites to conduct virtual client visits.
David Wylie, Commercial Director at LendingMetrics, said: ‘in light of the ‘new normal’ that we are all having to get used to, where meeting face-to-face is not an option, we’ve invested heavily in virtual meeting technology. You can never replace personal interaction, but the better the technology, the better the experience.
‘Fortunately, for the company and its customers, we are now able to have all our employees back at a much larger Covid-secure office and conduct virtual visits – something clients are increasingly asking for – using the latest technology.’
The office was officially opened this week to coincide with the company celebrating its 10th anniversary.
